Here is where we focus on functional movements ( squats, hinges. bench press, pull ups for a few) that you might see in your everyday life. Most of our session is spent here and requires more than one joint to move.
This is where we get to focus on the smaller muscles and muscle groups . These are movements that support the big strength moves and also help to give shape to some of those "show" muscles like triceps, shoulders and glutes.
I like to have fun with my clients here while still getting in some cardio or core work or both. This is one last little push before we finish up for the day.
We always end each session with a stretch leaving you feeling refreshed and accomplished.
