
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PN Nutritionist with specializations in Women's Fitness (including pre-postpartum fitness) with over 6 years experience in the fitness industry.
Growing up as an athlete, I have always felt comfortable in a gym setting and learned the importance of fueling my body to perform at a young age. I have carried this with me into my adult years but with more flexibility and grace and teach my clients the same through my "whole person" approach to coaching.
Our wellness is tied to how we move, how we feed our bodies, how we manage stress and recover. I do my best to help my clients find routines that serve as a base to be strong confident and healthy in any season of life.
